Eternal Adventurer (WN): Chapter 375

Sword Technique

"I have some good news for you guys!"

A few weeks after returning from helping the Commander

The order to gather was given earlier than usual, and 10 cadets gathered in front of the instructor.

"Rejoice! Basic training time will be cut in half from today!"

What will we be made to do this time? And everyone starts to make a fuss

"You seem to want to know what you're going to do! It's swordsmanship training!"

Everyone's anxious expressions suddenly turned to joy.

Meanwhile, Sarah didn't change her anxious expression.

"Hey, Alex?"

"It's better not to say it. It will become reality."

"That's right..."

The instructor continued speaking

"What you will learn from now on is the most important thing for a temple knight!"

The instructor draws his sword while talking.

"Edgeworth's sword technique was developed by the first Edgeworth and established as a technique by the second Edgeworth!"

The Commander was standing far behind the instructor.

For some reason, he hid his face with his hands

His ears were red

"The heroic tales of knights you read when you were children! Many of them are exaggerated! Don't you think so?"

In contrast to the Commander, the instructor has a really nice smile.

"What you all will learn is simple sword techniques. However, those who have mastered them have been talked about in heroic stories."

"Instructor! May I?"

One cadet raises his hands

As I recall, he was the top student in our batch.

"Hmm? Well, all right, what is it?"

"There are a few heroic tales I know of of knights with unusual swords."

"Oh, that's becoming more common these days."

"Is it true?"

The instructor answers confidently.

"The knight who becomes a knight from the cadet class is given a sword. The best of them, the first knight, will be given the one and only sword by Lute-sama!"

When the candidates heard this, their eyes lit up.

At the same time, their eyes looked like those of a hungry beast.

"There is no leading knight here right now, but... ah no, the Commander is not a legitimate knight, but he was given a sword by Lute-sama, right?"

The Commander is startled by the sudden topic of conversation.

"Eh? Ah, yes, this is indeed the one and only."

There's a sword on his waist

If you just look at the pattern, it seems like it could be found anywhere.

Then is the body of the sword unique?

"Then let's begin swordsmanship training. Be-fore-that!"

Sarah and I's bad hunch comes true here.

"I said that the basic training time would be halved, but I didn’t say that the content would be halved, right?"

In short, the training speed has doubled.
